WELCOME TO RIDGETOP CABIN
Established in 1998, by our father Michael T. Barrett, Ridgetop Cabin is 60 miles away from downtown St. Louis, and just 9 miles outside of De Soto, Missouri. Nestled in a natural wooded wonderland, Ridgetop Cabin features all the creature comforts and conveniences of home.
Our two-story cabin sleeps 8 people and includes two private bedrooms with queen beds, one sleeper sofa with a queen mattress, and a sleeper sofa with a full mattress. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, a dining and living room, and a washer and dryer. Ridgetop Cabin is a great way to experience the wilderness of Missouri, without compromising life’s necessary comforts.
Ridgetop Cabin sits on a rocky ridge above Washington State Park. The ground the cabin sits on is filled with druzy quartz crystal, and perhaps you’ll find one on a stroll or hike. The forested acres are host to a large array of insects, plants, trees, and animals. There are curious butterflies and interesting birds, and somewhere there are morel mushrooms.
Whether you are making Ridgetop Cabin your “Show Me Staycation,” or you are just passing through and want a comfortable place to hang your hat, we hope you will stay at Ridgetop Cabin.
